1. What is SUNDAY?

SUNDAY is a global brand that brings luxury in furniture and home décor to India, and the world. Working together with name designers both local and international, we create relevant products that bring excellent design, lasting comfort and quality, all made affordable by producing in India. We know that the safety of your personal information is extremely important.

1. What do you do with my information?

We use your info to fulfil your order accurately and quickly, and to improve your shopping experience. We respect your privacy and never share this information with anyone, except in connection with your order. 

2. How do I track my order?

To view the status of your order, simply log in to your SUNDAY account and click "My Orders." Then, select the order number you want to review. Your Delivery confirmation will be emailed to you within 7 days of your scheduled delivery. If you have any questions or want to make changes, contact our Customer Care team. 

3. Can I edit my order once it has been placed?

Sure thing! We except change of only fabrics and stones in 48 hours from the time the order is placed. Just get in touch with our Customer Care team as soon as possible and they'll help you with any necessary changes.

4. Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we can’t cancel the order once it is placed as we start manufacturing the moment the order is placed.

5. Are the colours on the site accurate?

The photos on the site are as accurate as possible. However, the actual colour of your order may vary slightly due to different monitor settings. Please contact our customer care team with any questions.

6. What delivery options do you offer?

We offer (1) Home Delivery (2) Collect – to the nearest Sunday store as delivery options. Times and cost for deliveries will vary depending on the location. For more information, please see delivery information page.

What is the Sunday Delivery Service?

  • With our premium Sunday Delivery Service, large items are delivered to your home by appointment to your room of choice - and are then unpacked and fully assembled for you.

  • Delivery is arranged by our Customer Service team who will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date and time frame.

  • Our delivery is from ground-to-ground floor. Any other floor will be an added labour cost.

  • Our Sunday Delivery Service is primarily for larger items and products that require assembly such as Living Room Furniture, Dining Room Furniture, Bedroom Furniture, Outdoor Furniture, Home Office Furniture, Rugs & Lighting.

What is not included in the Sunday Delivery Service

  • Alterations of entryways and hallways is not the responsibility of our Home Delivery team. Please ensure your entryways and hallways (including turning radius) will fit the dimensions of your items.

Please Note

Most merchandise (excluding upholstery) is removed from its packaging and inspected for flaws before delivery to the customers’ home. The merchandise is wrapped in special materials for final delivery to your home. The Home Delivery team will unpack or unwrap furniture items. If there is any damage to the product while unwrapping by our installation team than the cost of any provisional repair will be borne by the company. However, if the product gets damaged by your attempts to unwrap it, Sunday will not be held liable   

Why does the delivery method differ depending on the item?

The delivery method differs because we use a courier service to deliver small items such as:

  • Bedding, Fragrances, Rugs, Decor & Cushions.

We use our Sunday Service for larger items and products that require assembly such as:

  • Outdoor Furniture, Home Office, Living Room, Bedroom & Lighting.

1. Where do you deliver?

We deliver pan India. To find out for sure if we deliver to your area, simply enter your postal code at the top of the page before placing an order. 

2.How much does delivery cost?


Our furniture prices are inclusive of delivery charges. However, our delivery is ground to ground. Any other floor will be an added labour cost.


Shipping cost may vary based on your location and the products you have purchased. For an accurate estimate of shipping charges please proceed through the checkout process, entering in your items and address. 

4. When will my order be delivered?

If you ensure your delivery postal code is correct at the top of the page, You will be shown the estimated delivery date in your area on the product page of each item. Once your order is placed, your order confirmation email will also show your estimated delivery date(s).

5. Why do some products have different delivery dates than others?

There are times when the demand for a particular item or collection is higher than anticipated. In these cases, we show you a delivery date that takes into consideration how long it will take our manufacturing to first manufacture and then deliver it to your home. 

6. Can I change my delivery date?

Yes, the delivery date of your order can be changed up until three (3) days before the scheduled date. To make this change, contact our Customer Care team. 


1. What if my merchandise arrives damaged?

Our delivery teams treat your order with care so it can arrive in the best condition possible, but if there is any visible damage on the merchandise or to your home during the delivery process, please notify our delivery team and make sure it is recorded in the delivery paperwork. Then, contact our Customer Care team within 72 hours of the delivery so we can try to repair or replace the damaged item as soon as possible. 

2. Does Sunday offer a warranty?

We offer 1 year manufacturing defect warranty. The basic warranty is void if the merchandise suffers damage caused by abuse, negligence or accident, has been relocated, repaired or tampered with, was sold "as is", or is used for commercial purposes. We do not guarantee fabrics against wear, fading, colour fastness or any damage caused by cleaning processes.
